Hearing and Speech Impaired

If you are deaf, or have a hearing impairment or speech impairment, contact us through the National Relay Service.

speak and listen users phone 1300 555 727 then ask for 03 9999 1111, and

internet relay users connect to the National Relay Service then ask for 9999 1111.

It is also available to anyone who wants to call a person with a hearing or speech impairment - this makes it easier for Council staff to contact you in return.

Language Link is Council's free multilingual telephone information service. There is a telephone interpreter for each of CommonGround's nine community languages.
